Story in the Glass

This window depicts St. Michael the Archangel defeating Satan, as described in the Book of Revelation. Venerated along with Gabriel and Raphael, Michael appears in the Old Testament as the helper of the Chosen People.  The name Michael means "Protector of the People of God".  St. Michael's feast day is September 29.

Story of the Glass

This window was created in 1880, probably manufactured by a German studio.  It was a gift in memory of Margaret and Timothy Mahoney.

The window is located in the north nave.
