| Story in the Glass This
is the story of St. Gregory the Wonderworker. He was a 3rd Century bishop in Asia
Minor. Gregory was gifted with great eloquence and powers, which earned him the
title Wonderworker. This is the story of St. Gregory commanding a rock to move so
that a church could be built. The architect can be seen at right with his plans. |

For a bishop must have a firm grasp of the word that is
trustworthy in accordance with the teaching, so that he may be able to preach with sound
doctrine. Titus 1:9 |
Story of the Glass This
window was created in 1880, probably manufactured by Thomas and John Morgan. It was
a gift of Rev. James O'Doherty. The archives of the Cathedral contain correspondence
between Patrick Keely and Archbishop Williams planning this special window.
The window is located at the south front entrance. |
