March 3, 2007 - Cardinal Podcasting During LentBrighton, MA -- CatholicTV and the Archdiocese announced today that Cardinal Seán P. O'Malley's podcast has been updated with new video available for downloading during this sacred period of Lent. The Cardinal's podcast can be viewed and subscribed to at iCatholic.com or through iTunes. In addition to "CardinalCast" and "The Priest," CatholicTV is now offering "Lent: Through Darkness to Light." It is a multi-part series featuring Phyllis Calvey, one for each day of Lent. It can be viewed at CatholicTV.com Cardinal Seán said, "For Catholics, Lent is a very important time which begins with Ash Wednesday. During Lent we try to live more intensely our union with the Lord and with our brothers and sisters in the Church. My hope is that my Podcasts help our faithful reflect on their relationship with Christ and each other during this most sacred time of the year." The Cardinal began podcasting at Christmas and regularly updates the video available for downloading free of charge. Fr.
