March 25, 2006 - Cardinal O'Malley's First Masses Following Consistory
(Brighton, MA) March 25, 2006… Cardinal Sean O'Malley will celebrate three parish Masses during the course of the week following his return from Rome, so that he may have the opportunity to greet parishioners in different parts of the Archdiocese. The Masses are an opportunity for Cardinal Sean to publicly acknowledge the prayers and support he has received in recent weeks, and also to make clear the priority the Cardinal accords to the parishes and parishioners of the Archdiocese. All of the Masses are part of the regular weekend schedule at the parishes, visitors are welcome and there will be a light reception after each Mass.
Saturday, April 1 St. Theresa of Avila, West Roxbury 5:30 PM
Sunday, April 9 (Palm Sunday) St. Catherine of Siena, Norwood 10 AM
Sunday, April 16 (Easter Sunday) St. Mary of the Assumption, Lawrence 12 noon - Spanish language Mass."
