St. Jeremiah parish in Framingham
(Boston, Massachusetts) - May 6, 2005 -The Archdiocese of Boston today released
the following statement regarding St. Jeremiah parish in Framingham:
"We continue to work closely with the parish community to prepare for
the closing Mass scheduled for Sunday. We continue to recognize the difficulty
and profound sadness associated with the closing of any parish, however, we
hope the people of St. Jeremiah will find the strength and resolve to effect
a peaceful, orderly, and prayerful transition to the welcoming parish."
