Attorneys Wilson D. Rogers Jr. and J. Owen Todd on behalf of the Archdiocese
of Boston and His Eminence Bernard Cardinal Law and Attorneys Jeffrey
Newman, Carmen Durso, Eric MacLeish and Robert Sherman on behalf of their
respective clients have agreed to postpone all discovery including depositions
for thirty days while they engage in preliminary discussions concerning
the settlement of claims. Attorney Jeffrey Newman proposed this course
of action and it was agreed to by all Counsel.
